Delivery Service

We are pleased to be able to offer 2 delivery services to our GB mainland customers.

• Standard delivery in the UK is free, and takes 1-3 working days.
• Next day delivery - upgrade for an extra £3.95. Your order will be delivered on the next working day. All next day deliveries are fully trackable so you'll be able to follow the progress of your delivery. We also offer a Saturday delivery service at an extra charge of £6.50. You'll receive an email when your order is despatched which will tell you the method of delivery and the tracking number.

Next working day means Monday to Friday unless it is a public holiday. Next day delivery is not available to Scottish Highlands and Islands, offshore locations and Northern Ireland

Please note - we occasionally use Amazon as our delivery agent for a few selected items - you will be emailed with details of the delivery when the order is placed. Amazon deliver in 1-2 working days.

If you order before 4 p.m. Monday - Friday your order will be despatched on the same day. For orders placed after 4 p.m. your order will be despatched on the next working day.

International Deliveries

We use a trackable courier service to most countries, or the Royal Mail's Airsure for a few countries. You will receive an email when you place the order informing you of the delivery method, and any tracking number. We cannot guarantee a delivery time but our experience is that most parcels for Europe arrive within 3 days (Republic of Ireland often next day) and the USA 5 days.

Price Match Guarantee

We try to make sure that all our bags are the best value on the internet. But we might miss something - so to give you complete peace of mind, if you buy an item from us, and then see it cheaper on the internet within 14 days of purchase, we will refund you the difference.

Inevitably there are some terms and conditions which are as follows:

• the item must be the same brand and colour;
• the price must include delivery charges (remember our UK postage is free);
• the offer applies to UK based websites only;
• the item must be in stock and available for purchase at the competing website;
• special promotional offers including "buy one get one free" and gift certificates are not included;
• the website must not be an auction site or a website that requires paid membership.
