Free No Quibble Returns
All our products are very carefully chosen for their style, quality and price. We are really - genuinely - proud of every bag and accessory that we sell and we hope you'll be thrilled when it arrives. But if you do want to return it we offer a fast, efficient no quibble returns guarantee. And for items delivered in the UK that cost more than £20 we even pay the return postage. International customers and customers whose purchase has a value of less then £20 will have to pay the cost of the return postage.
To return an item, please email returns@perfecthandbags.co.uk, and put your order number in the subject line. We will then email you the returns documents and instructions on how to return the item. We process all refunds on the day the item arrives back with us, so you should hopefully experience a quick and easy returns service.
All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt with all the original packaging and tags. We understand you will have unpacked the item, but please make sure you return all the original packaging. All tags must still be attached to the item, and the item must be unused and in good condition. We do not refund special delivery charges or the cost of international postage; we are not responsible for items lost in transit from you to us (we suggest you get a certificate of posting). If the item returned shows signs of use or is not in a re-saleable condition, we will contact you by email and either return the item to you or offer a partial refund.
If after your purchase you have any problems with your purchase, even if it is outside the initial 30 day returns period, or you are unhappy with our service in any way, please contact us. We need your feedback, good or bad, to help us to keep improving our products and service. And hopefully we'll be able to resolve any issues you have promptly and efficiently.
