How do I place an order?
Select the item(s) you want to purchase and click on the ‘BUY NOW’ button. The item(s) will automatically be added to your shopping bag and you will have the option to continue shopping or view/edit your shopping bag.
To proceed to check out, click on the shopping bag and follow each step required. Your order will then be processed.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
If you can place an item in the shopping cart it means the item is in stock and will be despatched immediately.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
If you are in the UK and you choose our standard free delivery, items normally arrive in 2-3 working days. If you choose next day delivery items will arrive on the next working day if you order before 3.30 p.m.
What do I do if there is a problem with my order?
If there are any questions regarding your order, please log onto your account online and click on ‘View Messages’ and send us a message by filling in the fields as required on the form. For any other queries, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org . Our Customer Service team is happy to help with any problems.
Can I order from overseas?
Yes, we deliver to all countries worldwide.
Can I change the delivery address for my order?
Yes, you have the option to change the billing and shipping address when processing the order.
At STEP 1, click ‘I want to use a new billing address’ and fill in the fields required. We can bill and ship to this one address or can solely be the billing address.
To change the shipping address, click ‘I want to use a new shipping address’ and enter the information required.
Can I use more than one discount offer on my order?
Unfortunately, our promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
How do I return an item to you?
We try and make returning an item as quick and easy as possible - for orders from the UK that are for more than £20 we even pay the return postage. Please refer to the Returns section for full information.
Can I cancel an order?
We'll be happy to cancel an order for you as long as it has not yet been despatched. If you want to cancel an order please email email@example.com quoting your order number.
