All our products are very carefully chosen for their style, quality and price. We are really - genuinely - proud of every bag and accessory that we sell and we hope you'll be thrilled when it arrives. But if you do want to return an item we offer a fast, efficient no quibble returns guarantee. And for items delivered in the UK we even pay the return postage. 

We have a 3 month returns period - you need to tell us that you want to return an item within 90 days of receiving the item. We offer an automated returns service to make the returns process as easy as possible, but there is no obligation on you to use this service. To use our automated returns service, please email info@PerfectHandbags.co.uk, and put your order number in the subject line. You will then receive by email the returns documents and instructions on how to return the item, including a postage paid label if this is appropriate. Alternatively you can telephone us or write to us to ask for the returns documents to be sent to you.  If you prefer, you can simply post the package back to us at the address on the package.  

We process all refunds on the day the item arrives back with us, so you should experience a quick and easy returns service. Please help us by returning all the original inner packaging and tags with the items being returned.  

If after your purchase you have any problems with your purchase, even if it is outside the initial 30 day returns period, or you are unhappy with our service in any way, please contact us.  We need your feedback, good or bad, to help us to keep improving our products and service.  And hopefully we'll be able to resolve any issues you have promptly and efficiently.
