But if you do want to return an item we offer a fast, efficient no quibble returns guarantee. And for items delivered in the UK we even pay the return postage.
We have a 3 month returns period - you need to tell us that you want to return an item within 90 days of receiving the item. We offer an automated returns service to make the returns process as easy as possible, but there is no obligation on you to use this service. To use our automated returns service, please email returns@PerfectHandbags.co.uk, and put your order number in the subject line. You will then receive by email the returns documents and instructions on how to return the item, including a postage paid label if this is appropriate. Alternatively you can telephone us or write to us to ask for the returns documents to be sent to you. If you prefer, you can simply post the package back to us at the address on the package.
We process all refunds on the day the item arrives back with us, so you should experience a quick and easy returns service. Please help us by returning all the original inner packaging and tags with the items being returned.
